Daniel Laruccia founded Spyre Group alongside Dominic in 2007 and has built a reputable and reliable managed investment platform for investors, alongside delivering residential projects in demand in their chosen locations.
Daniel is the driving force behind the property acquisitions, approvals, construction, marketing and delivery. Daniel is a board member of Spyre Capital Ltd, holds a diploma in Financial Planning (RG146) and has been actively involved in property for almost 20 years. Daniel is a highly qualified property executive with a broad range of project management experience.
Dominic Guinea is a Director and co-founder of Spyre Group, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia. With over 16 years experience providing advice and assistance to businesses across numerous industries both domestically and abroad and in areas of Taxation, Business Advisory Services, Audit, Superannuation, Insolvency and Reconstruction.
He is a board member of Spyre Capital Ltd, holds a diploma of Financial Planning (RG146) and an advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).
Andrew holds a bachelor in Urban Regional Planning from the Queensland University of Technology and has worked in the development industry as a senior town planner for the past 6 years.
Having worked on large development projects throughout southeast Queensland Andrew is well versed in the Development Industry. As a project manger Andrew’s role is identifying the development potential for sales alongside managing the development processes right the way through. Andrew also has a keen eye for site acquisition and investor relations.
Chris has more than 30 years experience in managing complex technology projects and large information technology groups with comprehensive infrastructure portfolios. He is a respected and innovative leader with a track record for developing high-performing teams.
Chris has, in parallel, cultivated skills and experience in his passion, property development. Chris now invests and works full time in property development.
David trained as a certified practising accountant with the largest independent Practice in Scotland. Following his training he moved into the small Medium Enterprise (SME) sector as a Financial controller before migrating to Australia in 1996.
In Australia he initially worked for large private companies and has 10 year’s experience in the construction industry and over 10 years’ experience in SME’s. David brings extensive financial management and control experience to the Spyre group to add value to the management team.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and Construction Management from the Queensland University of Technology. Prior to working at Spyre Group, Lance was involved in commercial real estate sales and leasing as well as construction projects in excess of $120m end value.
As part of these projects Lance was responsible for managing sub-contracts and sub-consultants, project handover as well as marketing and sales and leasing negotiations. These skillsets have been instrumental to Lances progression at Spyre group.
