Less than a year after Consolidated Properties Group announced plans to build Monarch, a
luxury residential multi-tower on the former home of the ABC at Toowong, another prestige developer has announced plans of its own just a few doors down.

Spyre Group, the developer behind iconic residential towers Natura and Glasshouse on
the Gold Coast, has earmarked a patch of Brisbane riverfront for a $110m luxury
development designed to meet the needs of owner-occupiers in the inner city.

Development approval has just come through for Arc Residences, at 570 Coronation Drive,
Toowong, that will feature a collection of 27 three-bedroom apartments and one penthouse
across 10 levels with a communal rooftop. "Arc is great architecture and great design
working in perfect harmony, it is a building that is customised to fit the city and surroundings and
not the other way round." design manager for Arc, Kent Pinel, says.

Homes at Arc Residences will sell from $2.995m, with a price yet to be set for the
penthouse apartment.

"Demand for these local premium listings comes in response to prestige homebuyers investing more in their homes as personal sanctuaries, a trend in Brisbane influenced by the interstate pilgrimage to the Sunshine State." Spyre Group CEO Daniel Laruccia says.
