Spyre Newsletter March 2024

Welcome to our March Edition of Spyre’s monthly update, where we share our latest Market Insights, Construction Updates and Project Releases for the previous month.

Oxford Economics Australia’s latest report has tipped Brisbane’s house prices to increase by a further 18% by mid 2027. Driven at large by strong migration, increased infrastructure due to the Olympics, and boosted investment opportunities, demand continues to well exceed supply for the River City.

Predictions of interest rate decreases in the later half of 2024 has bolstered buyer sentiment in Queensland, which when coupled with the state’s climbing migration forecasts, means the demand/supply imbalance will continue to drive price growth throughout the Sunshine State.

Value increases in homes within 5-7km of the CBD have been the most predominant, with ANZ predicting property price rises of 9-10% throughout the calendar year.

Moray House in New Farm and Arc Residences of Toowong both offer premium riverfront living to the Brisbane property market. With property values on the incline, and limited opportunities remaining in Spyre’s Brisbane developments, register your interest HERE to receive more information.

At Spyre we pride ourselves on creating spaces of enduring quality. Strong relationships with invested project partners results in far more than just a development, it creates a sense of shared ownership. We see each and every project as an opportunity to create something extraordinary.

The Spyre Experience shines a spotlight on our internal operations, this month we take a closer look at Spyre’s passion for architectural excellence and the unprecedented demand for luxury residences.

In an Olympic city with the eyes of the world upon it, Spyre has been meticulously crafting iconic residences for years, setting a new standard of luxury that embodies Brisbane’s vibrant spirit – a legacy that promises to match the prestige of the upcoming Games.

With a mantra of setting new trends and striving for new standards in a quest for absolute mastery rather than following the status quo, Spyre is ambitiously creating architectural masterpieces to redefine multi-level living for discerning buyers.

“We push ourselves into the unknown,” Spyre’s Managing Director Daniel Laruccia says. “Our minds don’t stop at the limitation of what exists.”

Sales data shows Spyre’s offerings are drawing baby boomers out of long-held family homes and into the bespoke one-of-a-kind offerings in unrepeatable locations that underpin the Spyre brand.

“We want to inspire people to live their own definition of luxury in desirable lifestyle destinations that we make possible.” Mr Laruccia said.

The unique success of these developments is not just the structures themselves but in the teamwork behind it. The Spyre team collaborate with leading interior designers, architects and the finest suppliers who seamlessly take design, functionality, and luxury into another realm.

Collaborating is key to any successful project. Property developers have long recognised this, collaborating with architecture and interior design studios to curate masterfully designed residential developments.

The result of these beautiful homes? The attention of discerning buyers. But what is it that makes them stay?

Brisbane based property developer Spyre, having delivered over $750 million worth of luxury developments, emphasises the importance of enduring quality across its projects. It is one of the developer’s key principles, seeking to elevate the standard of luxury living in Australia.

The team brings this standard to their Victoria debut, Hampton Ltd, located in the heart of Melbourne’s Bayside. The boutique residential development was designed by a carefully curated design team of hand-picked specialists who share the developer’s standard of excellence. One of them is  internationally renowned, Studio Brent Lee.

“Working closely with Spyre’s own internal design team, the collaboration forged an offering for Melbourne’s Bayside that we believe truly elevates the standard of apartment living for the area,” said Studio Director Brent Lee.
