The top home in the Spyre Group's Arc apartment tower in Brisbane has hit the market for
an 8 figure price tag.
Boasting sweeping views of the Brisbane River from its elevated position at Toowong, the two-level, four bedroom penthouse of the $110m tower is being marketed as the perfect balance
between personal sanctuary and an exquisite entertaining space.
Spyre Group design director Kent Pinel said every design choice across the 700sq m penthouse was curated to serve a distinctly Brisbane lifestyle for a discerning buyer who appreciates rarity, craftsmanship, and who seeks an enriching life.
"The demand for the premum riverfront product was proven from the moment we launched the project, with 90 percent of the take up to date consisting of downsizers from Brisbane's western
suburbs, it's property for the locals" he said.
"You can't get the same architectural experience of the open rooftop, the river frontage, or the subtropical garden landscaping in places like Sydney, New York, even the Gold Coast, especially not for the price".
The jewel in the crown penthouse features a private rooftop terrace, with 360-degree views over the Brisbane skyline, the river, Mt Coot-tha and St Lucia.
Taking advantage of the subtropical climate, the skyhome has its own 20m pool, adjoined by a heated spa and private yoga green, ringed by a landscaped perimeter.
Inside, the home is built for an entertainer. The open plan living space features a gallery wall to show off the best of an art collection, or could be used to conduct business while also working from home, and the private study is complemented by a five-car private garage.
YPM Group has been charged with the sale and Mr Pinel is bullish about the uptake.
Also on offer in Arc is one four-bedroom sub-penthouse available for $7.25m, with prices
to buy into the boutique 28-unit tower starting at $3m.
Earlier this year the penthouse of Spyre's Glasshouse project at Burleigh Heads on the
Gold Coast sold off-the-plan for $20m setting a Queensland record.
Arc will sit near the waters edge on a rare riparian site on Coronation Rd, on one of the city's main riverfront thoroughfares.
The 10-storey design also includes a colonnade at the base of the tower, allowing passers-by
and the public to enjoy the view with residents.
