November Construction Update

We are excited to announce that Arc Residences is now over 75% sold! This is an incredible milestone for the project.

Behind the scenes the Development Team continue working with our Consultants through the design development phase of the project.

The full demolition and site clear is due to re-commence in December. All tenants currently occupying the block of units will vacate within the next week to allow for necessary site preparations ahead of the large machinery arriving onsite next month.

We cannot wait to bring you some further updates.
