May Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update for May 2025 at Arc Residences.

The team on ARC Residences have continued making great progress onsite.

Most notably this month we have;

• Completed the 2.1m deep transfer beam between the Upper Mezzanine and Level 1
• The containment scaffold continues to progress ahead of the structure
• Upper Mezzanine precast has been installed
• Completed Level 1 reinforcing steel, services and post tensioning, ready to pour concrete.

Looking ahead, the Level 1 slab is scheduled to be poured this week.
