June Construction Update

We're excited to bring you this month's update at ARC Residences.  

The Graya team are now well into the swing of the structure and making good progress.  As the structure progresses, the team are preparing to commence the internal finishes next month. 

Most notably this month;

• The basement has now had all back props removed
• Basement mechanical, electrical and fire services are 80% complete
• The first loading bay has been installed to Level 1
• The builders hoist has now been installed
• Level 1 has been stripped and back propped 
• Preparation works will now begin on the Level 1 external rebates, ready for waterproofing and glazing
• Level 3 slab has now been poured
• Works to the Level 4 slab have now commenced
