We're excited to bring you this month's update at ARC Residences. 

Mostly notably this month;

• Ground: Feature podium structural steel 75% installed. Lightweight framing now well underway. Lobby glazing subframe installed.
•  Level 1: Defects and builders clean underway. Pool being tiled.
•  Level 2: Defecting commencing.
•  Level 3: Fitoff complete and carpet install beginning.
•  Level 4: Fitoff commencing.
•  Level 5: Corian installed.
•  Level 6: Tile lay to general area commenced.
•  Level 7: Joinery install commenced.
•  Level 8: Joinery install underway.
•  Level 9: Floor prep.
•  Level 10: Sheeting complete. Glazing complete. Carpentry fix out underway.
•  Private Roof Terrace: Pool spray complete. Pool tiling commencing. Glazing complete.
•  Communal roof terrace: Pool rendered. Floor finishes going in. BBQ bench installed.
