We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for May 2025

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during May, most notably;

• Steel Reinforcement delivered via crane in order to prepare the Ground Floor Slab of Building A.
• Storm Water & Sewer Penetrations completed for the Ground Floor Slab of Building A.
• Steel Reinforcement as well as Post Tensioning elements (Tendons, Grout Tubes etc) have been completed for Building A Ground Floor Slab. 
• Building C: Tanks & Pits for plumbing have been excavated, reinforced and poured. 
• Electrical Rough in for Building A Ground Floor Slab has been completed.
• Building A Ground Floor Slab concrete pour has been completed.
• Dincel Walls for Building A Ground Floor are in the process of being erected. 
• Building B Ground Floor Slab: Steel Reinforcement, Penetrations, Electrical Rough In & Post Tensioning Elements have been completed.
• Building A Columns on Ground Floor Slab have been formed as well as steel reinforcement completed.
• Pouring of Ground Floor Slab of Building B has been completed!
• A portion of Columns & Concrete Pads for Building C's Basement have been completed.
• Currently Preparing the basement slab with crushed rock, compaction etc for Building C.
