June Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for June 2025.

Hampton Ltd has made significant progress during June, most notably;

• The first half of the Building C basement slab has been poured, the columns have also been completed. The remaining portion of the basement will be poured at a later stage and will serve as a base for machinery and onsite material storage.
• Preparation of the Building A, Level 1 Slab has been completed which includes, formwork, steel reinforcement, plumbing penetrations, electrical rough in, post tension elements etc.
• Preparation of the first half of the Building C Ground Floor Slab was completed which includes, formwork, steel reinforcement, plumbing penetration, electrical rough in, post tension elements etc. 
• Pouring of the Building A Level 1 Slab has been completed.
• Dincel walls have already been stood up as well as columns being formed and reinforced with steel for Building A Level 1.
• The first half of the Building C Ground Floor Slab  has now also been successfully poured.
