We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Hampton Ltd for May 2026.

Mostly notably this month;

• Plastering in Building A is nearing completion, with the majority of areas now stopped up and sanded.

• Internal staircases for Apartments 207 & 208 have been installed.

• Waterproofing and tiling to all wet areas in Building A are nearing completion.

• Rough-in works for Building C are well underway on Levels 1 & 2.

• Building B’s ground floor framing, including posis’s and lift shaft structures, has been completed.

• The rooftop and terraces of Building C have been stripped and cleaned, now showcasing excellent views out to sea.

• Works on the prototype/display apartment are progressing well, with joinery, flooring, tiling, and painting underway.

• Hebel installation on Building A has commenced.

• Metal cladding to the exterior of Building A is also underway.

• Most windows in Building C have now been installed, with only a few remaining.
