June Construction Update

We are delighted to provide you with the monthly construction update at Moray House for June 2025.

Works onsite at Moray House have continued to progress significantly throughout the month of June.

Most notably this month;

• Verticals to Level 5/ underside of Level 6 have been completed
• Formwork completed for Level 6
• Level 1 - Wall and ceiling framing and services installation progressing. Wellness centre fit out commenced
• Level 2 - Glazing installation and services installation continuing to be progressed, static concrete pump line removed and penetrations being filled
• Level 3 - Glazing installation commenced, underslung services commenced
• Level 4 - Formwork stripped, balcony planter walls poured
• Level 5 - Back propped for Level 6, steel delivered for the balcony planter walls
• Off-site: Feature screens are being manufactured, powder-coated and prepared for
• installation onsite.
• Joinery is continuing to be manufactured off site and being made ready for delivery
• in the coming weeks.
