June Construction Update

We're excited to bring you this month's update at Watts & Wright
Mostly notably this month;
- Both Level 3 and Level 4 slabs have been poured. Level 5 and roof slabs are due to be poured in July.
- Glazing installation continuing;
- Services and internal fit-out works have commenced on ground floor.
- Hoist has been installed on site (builder's materials lift).
- Offsite - lift manufacture well underway, off-site steel beams being manufacture, glazing manufacture is well underway. Tiles and stone slabs have been ordered for the project.
- Appliances have been confirmed
- Sanitary tapware selections have been finalised
- All Pre-cast manufacture is completed, and awaiting delivery to site.
